Amy Truesdale

Amy Truesdale (born 20 January 1989) is a British para taekwondo practitioner who won a gold medal at the 2024 Summer Paralympics.

Truesdale was born without a left hand or forearm.

[4] She won gold at the 2014 and 2017 Para Taekwondo World Championships[5] and bronze in the women's +58 kg event at the delayed 2020 Summer Paralympics in Tokyo, Japan.

[6] Truesdale won gold at the 2024 Summer Paralympics in Paris, France, defeating Uzbekistan's Guljonoy Naimova in the final of the K44 +65 kg category.
