Revolutionary Communist Party of India (Tagore) Anadi Das was an Indian politician, belonging to the Revolutionary Communist Party of India.
[1][4] He defeated the incumbent assembly speaker Bankim Chandra Kar.
[9] Das and the other RCPI legislator M. Mokshed Ali were expelled from RCPI by party general secretary Sudhindranath Kumar in July 1969 for "anti-Party and anti-UF activities".
[13] Ahead of the 1971 West Bengal Legislative Assembly election the RCPI (Anadi Das group) joined the Communist Party of India-led Eight Party Coalition.
