[1] The team won all four of its playoff games, including a two-game sweep of the Oakland Skates to win the first ever Murphy Cup, marking the champion of Roller Hockey International.

[3] The Bullfrogs left RHI and played the 1998 season in Major League Roller Hockey (MLRH), finishing with a record of 20-0-1.

[4] The Bullfrogs finished the 1999 RHI season with a record of 22-4-2, but lost the league championship to the St. Louis Vipers by a score of 8-6.
