Andrew Fletcher (businessman)

The group was tasked to advise on the implementation of the Building South Australia – Strategic Infrastructure Plan, which was developed that year.

Malcolm Kinnaird offered occasional advice to the group and Simon Stretton provided expertise on probity and auditing.
