Andrew Hughes Hallett

Andrew Jonathan Hughes Hallett FRSE (1 November 1947 [1] – 31 December 2019 [2]) was a British economist.

Scottish Council of Economic Advisers Andrew Hughes Hallett served as a member from its inauguration in 2007 until after the 2014 Independence Referendum.
