She graduated from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Faculty of Journalism.
From 1998 to 2000, she held the position of General Director of the newspaper "Tbilisi News".
From 2006 to 2011, she held the position of General Director of Pirveli Ltd. From 2012 to 2016, she was a member of the Parliament of Georgia of the 8th convocation representing the party Georgian Dream.
Mirotadze was the majoritarian candidate of "Lelo" in Sachkhere-Chiatura-Kharagauli constituency in the 2020 parliamentary elections.
