Anika Elia Rodríguez (born 4 January 1997) is a footballer who plays as a left-back for Liga MX Femenil club Tigres UANL.

Born and raised in the United States to Mexican parents, she caps for the Mexico women's national football team.

[1] In June 2020, Rodríguez signed a short-term contract with National Women's Soccer League side Portland Thorns FC ahead of the NWSL Challenge Cup.

[5] On 23 October 2021, Rodríguez made her debut for the Mexico national team in a 6–1 victory over Argentina at Estadio Gregorio "Tepa" Gómez.
