Anna B. Puglisi is an American security analyst who currently serves as a visiting fellow at the Hoover Institution.
She previously was biotechnology program director and a senior fellow at Georgetown University's Center for Security and Emerging Technology (CSET).
[4][5][6] Puglisi holds a BA in biology, a MS in environmental science, and a MPA from Indiana University Bloomington.
[1] Prior to joining CSET, where she established its biotechnology program, Puglisi served for over a decade in the U.S. intelligence community as a member of the Senior Analytic Service focusing on China's technology acquisition and U.S. mitigation strategies.
