Anne Lingard Klinck (née Hibbert; January 4, 1943 – July 7, 2023) was a Canadian academic and writer.
Her work focused on the classics and was an authority on the female voice in lyric poetry.
[2] Klinck received a bachelor's and a master's degree from the University of Oxford.
[3][4] Klinck worked at the University of New Brunswick (UNB) for eighteen years before retiring[5] as Professor Emerita.
[5] Klinck died from esophageal cancer on July 7, 2023, at the age of 80.
