Anong Beam

Anong Beam is an Ojibwe artist and curator from M'Chigeeng First Nation, Ontario.

[2] Beam's artistic work is influenced by her sense of place and many of her paintings are connected to her home on Manitoulin Island.

The station is focused on Ojibwe language preservation and local Indigenous musical performances.

[4] From 2016-2017 Beam served as the Art Director of the Ojibwe Cultural Foundation.

[6] In 2024, Anong authored the book Carl Beam: Life & Work, a monograph about her father's career published by the Art Canada Institute.
