Lieutenant Anthony Fisher represented Dedham, Massachusetts in the Great and General Court.
[2] Fisher was baptized in Syleham, Suffolk in April 1591 and lived on the south bank of the River Waveney on an estate known as Wignotte.
[1] Fisher served as lieutenant in the French and Indian Wars of 1652.

He had several children, including a son named Anthony, who were all born in England.
