Anton M. Miller (May 1, 1876 – September 19, 1954) was an American farmer and politician.
He ran unsuccessfully for the Wisconsin State Assembly as a Social Democrat in 1910 and 1912, later was elected as a Republican (being thrice re-elected), and then served in the Wisconsin State Senate from 1929 to 1933.
Miller also served on the board of regents of the University of Wisconsin for one six-year term.
