Antonina Lazareva (Russian: Антонина Николаевна Лазарева, née Окорокова, Okorokova; born March 27, 1941, in Serpukhov) is a Soviet high jumper.

She won the silver medal at the 1968 Summer Olympics held in Mexico City, Mexico.
