Antonio Marzano

Antonio Marzano (born 18 February 1935) is an Italian economist, academic and politician, who served as the minister of productive activities in the second cabinet of Silvio Berlusconi from 2001 to 2005.

[5] Claudio Scajola replaced him minister of productive activities on 23 April 2005.

[6] Then Marzano became a member of the CNEL (National Council for Economics and Labour).

[5] He was appointed president of the CNEL on 22 July 2005 and served in the post until 2010.

[7] Marzano is the recipient of various awards and honors, including Grand Officer of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic.
