Ariel A. Rodriguez

[1][2][3] Rodriguez was born in Havana, Cuba in 1947 and came to the United States in 1960.

From 1973 to 1976, Rodriguez worked at Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office, after which he formed a law partnership and legal courses part-time at Hudson County Community College.

He later sat on the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division.

Rodriguez was appointed Chief Justice Stuart Rabner to the Supreme Court in 2012 during a period of controversy and conflict with the New Jersey Senate about the composition about its composition.
