Arif Mahmood Gill is a Pakistani politician who is an incumbent Member of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab since February 2024.

[2] He ran for the seat of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab as a candidate of PML-Q from Constituency PP-59 (Faisalabad-IX) in 2008 Pakistani general election, but was unsuccessful.

[3] He was re-elected to the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab as a candidate of Pakistan Muslim League (N) (PML-N) from Constituency PP-59 (Faisalabad-IX) in 2013 Pakistani general election.

[5] He ran for the seat of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab as an independent candidate from Constituency PP-103 (Faisalabad-IX) in 2018 Pakistani general election, but was unsuccessful.

[6] He was re-elected to the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab as a candidate of Pakistan Muslim League (N) (PML-N) from Constituency PP-104 (Faisalabad-IX) in 2024 Pakistani general election.
