Armen Martirosyan (sometimes spelt Martirosian, Martirossyan or Martirossian; Armenian: Արմեն Մարտիրոսյան) held the post of Armenia's Deputy Foreign Minister.

He was also a two-term member of the National Assembly of Armenia.
