Arthur H. Wicks (December 24, 1887 – February 1985) was an American politician from New York.
He was born on December 24, 1887, in New York City.
He owned a steam laundry in Kingston, New York.
On October 1, 1953, he became Acting Lieutenant Governor of New York,[1] but was forced to resign on November 18, 1953, as temporary president and acting lieutenant governor when it became known that he had made frequent visits to convicted labor leader Joseph S. Fay while the latter was incarcerated at Sing-Sing prison.
