Arthur Jerard Weaver (November 18, 1873 – October 18, 1945) was an American politician in the U.S. state of Nebraska.
He was a delegate to the state constitutional convention in 1919 to 1920, and served as president of that body; a presidential elector for Nebraska in 1920.
Weaver ran for Governor of Nebraska in 1928 and won, serving from 1929 to 1931.
During his tenure, the entire country was suffering from the Wall Street stock market crash.
Weaver died in his home in Falls City on October 18, 1945, shortly after suffering a stroke.
