Arthur Wigram Money

He saw early service in British India, including in the Zhob Valley expedition in 1890 and with the Isazai Field Force in 1892.

[3] With the outbreak of the Second Boer War in late 1899, Money was appointed to a staff position as an Assistant Director of Transport to the army in South Africa.

Following the end of hostilities in June 1902, he returned to the United Kingdom together with Lord Kitchener on board the SS Orotava,[4] which arrived in Southampton on 12 July.

He later returned to South Africa as Inspecting officer of Transport service.

Money later served in the First World War, and received the rank of major-general.
