Arti Singh Rao is an Indian politician from the Bharatiya Janata Party, who is currently serving as the Minister of Health and Family Welfare of Haryana.

She made two Skeet Shooting World Cup Final appearances in 2001 Doha and 2012 Maribor finishing ninth rank both times.
