Asht District or Nohiya-i Asht (Russian: Аштский район; Tajik: Ноҳияи Ашт) is a district in the northernmost tip of Sughd Region, Tajikistan, bordering on Uzbekistan to the north, the east, and the south.

Its capital is the town Shaydon.
