Assam Rajiv Gandhi University of Cooperative Management (ARGUCOM) is a state university located in Sivasagar, Assam, India.

Established under the Assam Rajiv Gandhi University of Cooperative Management Act, 2010,[1] it is the first cooperative management university in the India.
