Assen Pandov (Bulgarian: Асен Пандов; born June 15, 1984, in Sofia) is a Bulgarian short track speed skater.

Pandov competed at the 2002 and 2010 Winter Olympics for Bulgaria.

[1] As of 2013, Pandov's best performance at the World Championships came in 2010, as part of the Bulgarian 5000m relay team, when he placed 7th.

[2] As of 2013, Pandov has not finished on the podium on the ISU Short Track Speed Skating World Cup.
