Auke Reitze Bloembergen (28 August 1927 – 1 November 2016) was a Dutch jurist and legal scholar.

[1] He was a fellow at the Netherlands Institute for Advanced Study between 1975 and 1976, where he did research on the relation between administrative and private law.
[1][2] Bloembergen is regarded as one of the first Dutch academic jurists proposing reforms in the system of compensation related to court cases.
[6] Bloembergen was elected a member of the Royal Netherlands Academy of Arts and Sciences in 1991.
