Aveley and Uplands is an electoral ward of Thurrock.

The subsequent election cycle for the first Aveley and Uplands seat was 2006, 2010, 2014, 2018 and 2022.

The cycle for the second seat was 2007, 2011, 2015, 2019 and 2023.
