His older brother, Ali Yahya, is also a professional who plays for Al-Riyadh on loan from Al-Nassr.

On 31st May, 2024, he equalized for Al-Nassr in the Saudi Kings Cup Final vs Al Hilal putting the score at 1-1 on 88 minutes; they lost on penalties.
