Joel Chima Fujita (藤田 譲瑠 チマ, Fujita Joeru Chima, born 16 February 2002) is a Japanese professional footballer who plays as a defensive midfielder for Belgian Pro League club Sint-Truiden and the Japan national team.

On 27 July 2023, Fujita left Japan for the first time to join Sint-Truiden on a permanent deal.
