A product of the Johor State Football Association, Taib signed a professional contract with Malaysian Premier League (MPL) outfit Johor FA to serve as their forward, attacking midfielder.
Taib was promoted to Malaysian Super League side Johor Darul Takzim in 2013.
He made 16 appearances and scored 8 goals, helping Penang FA secure promotion to Malaysian Super League for 2016.

[8] On July 10th 2023, Mohd Azinee and two of his friends were arrested by the police after being suspected of being involved in a burglary case .He accused of keeping the proceeds of robbery.
