Balkrishna Khanderao Shukla (11 December 1963)[1] is an Indian Politician from Gujarat.

He was a Member of Parliament of the 15th Lok Sabha of India from 2009 to 2014.

He was elected from the Vadodara Lok Sabha constituency of Gujarat representing the Bharatiya Janata Party.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree and also did an MBA in human resource management in 2010 at Manav Sandadhan, the Maharaja Sayajirao University, Vadodara.

He polled 119,301 votes and defeated his nearest rival, Sanjaybhai Patel of the Indian National Congress, by a margin of 81,035 votes.
