In 2020, 10[2] locos produced by Hyundai Rotem of South Korea under the license of Electro-Motive Diesel (EMD) of USA, entered the fleet of Bangladesh.

First Shipment of the second phase 3011-3020 is also arrived in Bangladesh recently and under trial.
