Barbara K. Altmann (born January 31, 1957) is a Canadian academic and college administrator.
She became the 16th president of Franklin & Marshall College, and she is the first female to fill that role.
[2][3] Altmann will retire at the end of the 2024-25 school year, to be succeeded by Dr. Andrew Rich on July 12, 2025.
[1] Altmann married John T. Stacey, a psychologist, and has two sons.
