Batingan also celebrates the annual town festival of Binangonan, Santa Ursula being its patron.
It borders Barangay Tatala as its north, Mambog as its northeast, Mahabang Parang as its south, Layunan as its southwest, Calumpang as its west, and Macamot as its northwest.
