Battle was an unincorporated community and coal town located in Carbon County, Wyoming, United States.

The Battle community and Old Battle mining site are located around the summit of Battle Pass, at an elevation of 9,924 ft (3,025 m).

Old Battle has a subalpine climate (Köppen Dfc).
