Miss Earth USA 2024 Beatrice “Bea” Millan-Windorski is an American beauty pageant titleholder crowned Miss Earth USA 2024.

She attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison and received bachelor’s degrees in History and International Relations.

She was a member Kappa Alpha Theta (Psi Chapter).

She has conducted research and written articles on US-ASEAN relations.

completed a fellowship with the Philippine Embassy and an internship at the East-West Center in Washington, D.C.[2] Millan-Windorski represented Wisconsin at the national pageant held in Orlando, Florida, and won the title on December 31, 2023.
