Becky Spelman (born 1983 or 1984) is an Irish media psychologist and mental health activist.
[2][5] Spelman makes regular appearances on TV and radio to discuss mental health issues, addiction, insomnia, sex, dating and relationships.
In 2015, she hosted a programme on Sky One called Fright Club, which helped 60 people to overcome their phobias.
