Bellarena (District Electoral Area)

Bellarena was one of the three district electoral areas in Limavady, Northern Ireland which existed from 1985 to 2014.

The district elected five members to Limavady Borough Council, and formed part of the East Londonderry constituencies for the Northern Ireland Assembly and UK Parliament.

It was created for the 1985 local elections, replacing Limavady Area A which had existed since 1973, and contained the wards of Aghanloo, Ballykelly, Black, Greysteel and Magilligan.

It was abolished for the 2014 local elections and divided between the Limavady DEA and the Benbradagh DEA.
