[4][5] He began his senior career in North Berks League Division One with AFC Wallingford,[6] winning their Player of the Season award in his first campaign aged just 17.
On 28 May 2015, Gladwin and Swindon Town teammate Massimo Luongo, joined Queens Park Rangers, both players signing on a three-year deal for an undisclosed fee.
[15] On 11 August 2015, Gladwin made his competitive QPR debut in a 3–0 win against Yeovil Town in the first round of the 2015–16 Football League Cup.
