Benjamin Albertson Willis (March 24, 1840 – October 14, 1886) was a U.S. Representative from New York.
He studied law, was admitted to the bar in 1862 and commenced practice in New York City.
He resumed the practice of law, and was a member of the New York State Assembly 1872-1878.
He served as chairman of the Committee on Expenditures in the Department of the Navy (Forty-fifth Congress).
