Bernard Loder

Bernard Cornelis Johannes Loder (13 September 1849, Amsterdam – 4 November 1935, The Hague) was a Dutch jurist.

Loder sat on the Supreme Court of the Netherlands from 1908 to 1921.

In 1920, he served on the committee that drew up the Statute of the Permanent Court of International Justice.

He represented the Netherlands at international conferences on maritime law in 1905, 1909, 1910, and 1923.

He served as one of the Dutch delegates at the Paris Peace Conference in 1919.
