Elizabeth Rambo "Beth" Anders (born November 13, 1951, in Norristown, Pennsylvania) is a former field hockey sweeper from the United States, who was a member of the national team that won the bronze medal at the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, California.

[2] After the 1984 Summer Olympics she became the head coach of the USA National Women's Team.

[3] She also coached field hockey at Old Dominion University for 30 seasons, retiring in 2012.

[4] While at Old Dominion, Anders led the Lady Monarchs through 27 seasons at the NCAA tournament.

Since 1991, when the Lady Monarchs joined the league, under the tutelage of Anders, they played 17 times[5] in the NCAA Final Four.
