Bhupendra Rai (Nepali: भुपेन्द्र राई) is a Nepalese politician who currently serving as the Minister for Physical Infrastructure Development of Koshi Province since 13 September 2024.

[1][2] In addition to his current responsibilities, the Chief Minister appointed him as the Minister for Health starting on 24 October 2024.

[3][4] He is also serving as a member of the Koshi Provincial Assembly.

[5][6] Rai is also serving as a general secretary of the Nepali Congress, Koshi Province.

[7][8] Rai had served as the chief whip of the Nepali Congress party[9][10] and also the former chairperson of the Diprung Rural Municipality.
