Bilbil-Kazmalyar (Russian: Бильбиль-Казмаляр; Lezgian: Билбил-Къазма) is a rural locality (a selo) and the administrative centre of Bilbilsky Selsoviet, Magaramkentsky District, Republic of Dagestan, Russia.
