Kabir-Kazmalyar (Russian: Кабир-Казмаляр; Lezgian: Къепӏир Къазмаяр) is a rural locality (a selo) and the administrative centre of Kabir-Kazmalyarsky Selsoviet, Magaramkentsky District, Republic of Dagestan, Russia.
