Bill Orr (born 23 May 1983) is a Scottish football coach/analyst, who was most recently assistant manager of Lowland League side East Kilbride.
Orr won the Lowland league cup with East Kilbride in April 2022.
However, in March 2023 Orr left his position alongside East Kilbride manager Kevin Rutkiewicz with the club sitting 5th in the Lowland League.
Shortly after the 2023 Raith Rovers takeover by a consortium led by Dean McKenzie, he was appointed Head of Performance Analysis and Talent ID.
