Birdseye is a town in Jefferson Township, Dubois County, in the U.S. state of Indiana.

Birdseye is part of the Jasper Micropolitan Statistical Area.

The racial makeup of the town was 98.8% White, 0.5% African American, and 0.7% from two or more races.

34.1% of all households were made up of individuals, and 16.2% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.

36.3% of all households were made up of individuals, and 18.1% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.

The community is in the Southeast Dubois County School Corporation.

The mascot was the yellowjackets, and the school colors were black and gold.
