Birkenes Idrettslag is a Norwegian sports club from Birkeland, Agder.

It has sections for association football, team handball, volleyball, cycling, track and field, orienteering, biathlon, and Nordic skiing.

Gunn Margit Andreassen represented the club,[2] so does Lars Helge Birkeland.
