Blackwater was one of the four district electoral areas in Dungannon, Northern Ireland which existed from 1985 to 2014.
The district elected five members to Dungannon and South Tyrone Borough Council, and formed part of the Fermanagh and South Tyrone constituencies for the Northern Ireland Assembly and UK Parliament.
It was created for the 1985 local elections, replacing Dungannon Area C which had existed since 1973, and contained the wards of Aughnacloy, Benburb, Caledon, Killyman and Moy.
It was abolished for the 2014 local elections and divided between the Dungannon DEA and the Clogher Valley DEA.
