The township contains these seven cemeteries: Bloomingdale, Cloverdale, Freinenigreit, Old Ontarioville, St. Andrew Ukrainian Orthodox, St. Isidore's and St. Luke's Lutheran.

As of the 2020 census[2] there were 111,875 people, 40,428 households, and 28,278 families residing in the township.

There were 42,488 housing units at an average density of 1,200.84 per square mile (463.65/km2).

24.40% of all households were made up of individuals, and 9.60% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
