In December 2021 Toporovsky was elected to stand for a second time as the head of the subcommittee for the promotion of road safety on behalf of the economy committee.
After the elections, Toporovsky was appointed chairman of the Yesh Atid faction and the Opposition Whip and continued to serve as the head of the sub-committee for the promotion of road safety.
